When: 10 Day Appliance Repair Training Course 13th May – 24th May 2019.
Where: Dixon Training Centre, Kendray Business Centre, Thornton Road, Barnsley South Yorkshire.
This course is specifically designed to provide the in-depth technical knowledge and practical skills that are essential for appliance service engineers.
In addition, you will gain knowledge and practical application of how tools and test equipment are used in respect of domestic appliance repair and servicing (often referred to as Whitegoods Repair Training).
Subject areas covered include but are not restricted to the following key areas:
- Health & Safety
- Safer Working Practices
- Basic Plumbing
- Electrical Knowledge
- Component Function
- Fault Finding Techniques
- Use of Circuit Diagrams & Sequence Charts
- Practical Application of Skills Learnt.

We request a deposit payment of £100 to secure your place (payments must be received within 2 days). Our Preferred Method of Payment for the course deposit is via the website. The Deposit Payment needs to be made via our website at the time you reserve your place on your chosen course date unless special arrangements are agreed with us in writing or you are booking a course close to its start date.
The payment of the £695 balance to be paid 14 days prior to the course start date (unless special arrangements are agreed with us in writing). Full confirmation of attendance can only be provided upon clearance of funds.

Our Preferred Method Payment for the course balance is via PayPal or BACS transfer (details will be provided). Alternative methods of payment can be made by cheque, bankers draft or cash. Please email us for details of these alternative payment methods – email@example.com
Other than circumstances beyond the control of the candidate a FULL REFUND will be given only if more than 14 days’ notice is given of a ‘booked’ and ’paid for’ place on a course being cancelled, or if a replacement candidate is found to take the place.CANCELLATION CHARGES will apply if insufficient advance notice is given of the place being cancelled and a replacement candidate to take the place cannot be found. The cancellation charges are as follows:
- 2-5 working days’ notice: 60% of full fee
- 7-14 working days’ notice: 40% of full fee
