The trainer here is one in a million, being someone who works on the tools himself he tailors the training to real life situations and with a great relevant experience. He teaches in all learning styles and is a top guy himself, someone I’d be happy to stay in touch with.
If you want to do this work and to be competent in all areas, use this company!
Fantastic training course with a trainer who is still hands on in the industry. His knowledge and ability to make you think for your self is brilliant.
I was made to think and even when got things mixed up I always knew I could ask a question and get the answer from Graham Mitchell who would explain it to me.
He always made safety a priority throughout the course. This is a must for anyone in the trade or change of career.
All the best.
I thoroughly enjoyed the course from start to finish.
Gained loads of knowledge about white goods diagnosis, repair and how they work.
I came to the course not knowing anything about white good and leaving feeling competent on how to diagnose white goods and how to repair it. The instructor graham really teaches you how to think like an engineer and relates it to the real world.
Loads of fun would recommend the course to anyone who wants to get into the repair of white goods industry. Thank you dixon training.
I attended this course in February 2017 and what a great learning experience it has been.
Graham Mitchell the trainer really knows his stuff and the way he manages the course is really impressive.
Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to learn new skills or just improve on ones they already have.
